BID RESTRICTIONS BY ZIP

This mod allows you to add permissions to bid or buy the items depending on few conditions:

1) You as admin must define in which categories posted items the restriction have to check.
2) You must define which ones Zip codes is in white list (users only then can bid on marked category if his zip code will match one of the codes you as admin will specify).

This mod will allow you to create new categories where only COUNTRY users can bid or ONLY state, or town.
