Thsi mod will be usefull if sellers has to pay some extra taxes for sold items in XX %  for example houses or cars, where user has to pay % from sold amount of money. 

this mod will add extra comissions to winning bid or buy out price once item will be sold. Buyer will have to pay this comission fee together with item price.

PS: if buyer will be paying for item from direct payment methods, this comission fee will be already calculated into total sum to pay.
