By default, Php Pro Bid features like BOLD, HIGHLIGHT, CATEGORY FEATURED, HOME PAGE FEATURED, MEDIA UPLOAD and others disappear from the site fees page when the value set for that feature is set to zero in the admin panel.
When a selling feature or listing upgrade is set to zero in admin, that feature won't display as a feature on the site fees page even though it's FREE. Available listing features only display when the value is set to something greater than 0.00.
For sellers, this is very confusing because they are not shown all possible selling features and what those features cost. Even thought a feature is free, the feature itself should still been seen.
Having this mod will allow your site to show a FREE value when the price is set to 0.00. So instead of seeing 0.00 or nothing at all, the site fees page and all pages in the selling process will display the word FREE.
This mod can be turned ON or OFF at any time and the FREE word will be visible in the site fees page and and all other pages when applying added features to a selling item.
