This mod will add one more shipping option. It is local pickup. Now seller can allow buyers to pickup won auctions themselves, that will allow save a buyer some extra cash on postage expenses.
Once seller added the option, potenstial buyers will see in auction details that this item can be localy picked up. So once buyer wins auction or buys the item with buy out feature he can select that he will pick up that item himself.
So once auction ends the postage fee or insurance will not be added to final invoices and user will pay by direct payment just the item price.
