Maybe your country doesn't support paypal? maybe your country doesnt support most of biggest online direct payment gateways, such as google checkout, moneybookers and so on?
This mod will allow you add normal simple Banks (manual direct deposits) you as admin can add as many banks you like add your details and once user will select to pay by this payment option, he will receive invoice email the one he can print, go to bank and pay.
You as admin will be able to track all offline payments the same way as direct online payments and mark them as paid once payments will be received.
If you want allow users to use also these offline direct payments simply select it in admin , and users having bank accounts in the same bank will be able to offer to their clients these payment options.
