It is not a secret that paypal takes his comission fees once you receive the payment, so this mod will allow you set your merchant rates and users paying with paypal will cover the paypal fees.
Imagine such situation when your fee is 0.50 cents only for some feature and paypal takes 2.90% + 0.30 usd from that sum, so all you will get is 0.19 usd . So this mod will help you avoid such situations.
You as admin can change these rates anytime, also your users also can set their rates in their members profile. So their buyers also will have to cover the item fee (if they will set it)
PS: users will know before paying how much will be added extra to the fee they must pay to your website.
