REMOVED AUCTIONS USERS NOTIFICATION

Have you ever been in such situation when user lists auction violating your website rules?  And what have you done? 

Most of admins simply deletes auction, what leads to misunderstandig with seller and bidders on the auction.

This mod will eamil both parties Selelr and bidders (if there is bids placed on auction) Informing that auction was deleted. so sellers and bidders will not be confused, where the auction has disapeared.

PS: templates can be edited like all email templates
