We will install module for you during 24 hours .
- 2 Business Days
We will install module for you during 48 hours
Note: One time service, per order, that is no free reinstallation services if software was upgraded /deleted or lost in any possible way if mods4u wasn't responsible for the loss.
PS: Mods are installed on one skin, if you require installation on more then one skin, the price may be diferrent.
In time or Free
If Mods4U will not be able to completely provide service (install module during agreed time frame) - you will get refund (for installation) and installation service provided FREE of charge.
Standard business days only
Service is provided during standard business days only – Monday through Friday, (GMT +2).
Service Time start
Service Time starts after you purchase module AND provide access details (FTP, Cpanel and other if necessary) only.
If you provided complete access details along with order - you can see when service time started based on order email which is sent right after your make order.
If you provided complete access details via support email - service time can be checked at your end by your email with complete details.
Unmodified sites only
Installation service is guaranteed for unmodified sites only. If you have modified auction website and we can't install it in-time - service will be provided at minimal rate, without time limitations OR refunded.
Respond Promptly
You are agree to respond promptly in case of questions to ensure timely service.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances and under no legal theory, tort, contract, or otherwise, shall Mods4U be liable to you or any other person for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any character including, without limitation, damages for loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all other commercial damages or losses. In no event will Mods4U be liable for any damages in excess of the amount Mods4U received from you for a license to the Product or Service, even if Mods4U shall have been informed of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any other party.
Disclaimer of warranty
The software and service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of quality, performance, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Further, Mods4U does not warrant that the software or any related service will always be available.
Right to Revise
Mods4U maintains the right to revise anything found on this disclaimer at any time without prior notice. Mods4U also reserves the right to revise, remove, or add anything on any part of Mods4U sites at any time without notice.
